Weekend 22/6/2024 10:00 AM Event: (Cars Leaves 10:30 AM (Saturday Morning) – Arrives 12:30PM

This Saturday, we are planning to hike and swim at Nüzhetiye Waterfall in Kocaeli. Afterward, we’ll go shopping for the food and groceries needed for Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast. Once we leave the waterfall, we’ll head to our camping location to find a good spot. On Sunday morning, we’ll have a light hike for the early risers. Following the hike, we’ll enjoy breakfast and then play volleyball and other activities. Finally, we’ll pack up our stuff, head to the sea for a swim, and then return home.

MEETING: (10:00 AM)
Drivers will provide their addresses so the people who are closer to them, so it will be easier to pick up and drop on the way back for both.

We have been to this waterfall few times already, the difficulty level of the hike can be rated as easy to Medium as it’s not long and not difficult either.

Difficulty:

Can be considered between Easy to Medium.

Food and Tea

Food will be bought on the way to the camping spot after the waterfall hiking .. you can still bring your own food if you prefer! for those who don’t eat meat, chicken! Please let us know so we would not split the bills with you afterwards.

Required Gear for Hiking:

Rubber slippers or Sandals
Hiking sticks (might be good in this hike if you have balancing issue)
Swimming clothes (Backup clothes)
Towel.

Required Gear for Camping:

Tent
Mat
Sleeping bag (0 degrees at least)
warm clothes (consider it winter season)

Cancellation

Cancellations won’t be compensated unless all mandatory costs are covered.
